Riccardo has been Basis Developer and ABAP/4 Development Support for his colleagues at OSRAM GmbH since R/2 times. His interest in middleware brought him to SAP Solution Manager. Since 2002 he has accompanied the development of this most powerful of all ALM tools, especially intensively with his own developments in the ChaRM and the Test Suite. He has been involved with DSAG since 2006. In 2012, he founded the Test Management working group with Björn Gelhausen and acts as deputy spokesperson.
