During the course of the project, tight deadlines and budget constraints are paramount – often supported by various tools such as Jira or Excel. We ensure that these tools work seamlessly with SAP Cloud ALM and that the SAP part of the project does not run in isolation.
But our work does not end there:
After go-live, the maintenance phase begins – and with it, productive SAP operation. We also get involved here, because maintenance means change management. Change requests must be systematically managed, tested, and put into production – ideally integrated with ITSM solutions such as ServiceNow. At the same time, the operational phase begins with monitoring and alerting – these processes can also be intelligently orchestrated with SAP Cloud ALM. Our approach ensures that project, maintenance, and operations do not run separately alongside each other, but work together strategically.
