Optional: SAP Cloud ALM introduction.

When you are ready, we will support you directly – with the structured introduction of SAP Cloud ALM in line with the implementation recommendation and roadmap we have drawn up.

We set up and configure your SAP Cloud ALM tenant and carry out the selective data transfer from Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM. We then create your project in accordance with SAP Activate and set it up. This is followed by the implementation of the ALM core functions, including Task Management, Requirement to Deploy, Test Management and Deployment. We also define the roles and rights together and provide targeted training and enablement measures to ensure that your project team is optimally prepared for working with SAP Cloud ALM.

FAQ

What exactly is the alm360 assessment?

The alm360 assessment is a structured introduction to SAP Cloud ALM – for new implementations, migrations from Solution Manager or the methodical development of a modern ALM operating model. It analyses your system landscape, your processes and your project goals – and provides a concrete roadmap for the use of SAP Cloud ALM in your organization.

Who is the assessment suitable for?

The assessment is aimed at:

  • Companies that want to introduce SAP Cloud ALM for the first time (e.g. as part of RISE/GROW)
  • Organizations that want to switch from SAP Solution Manager
  • Project or IT managers who want to better structure ALM processes in projects and operations
What topics does the assessment cover?

The alm360 assessment is divided into three phases:

  1. Discover: Goals, expectations, current landscape, use cases
  2. Prepare: Tool readiness, analysis of processes & systems (incl. SolMan)
  3. Explore: Prioritization of ALM functions, concrete roadmap, recommendations

You will also receive a structured questionnaire, a readiness check and a complete final report.

How long does the assessment take?

he assessment typically takes 2 to 3 weeks – depending on your initial situation, availability of stakeholders and the scope of the tool landscape.

What do I get in the end?

You will receive:

  • A clearly prioritized ALM roadmap (functions, implementation steps, schedule)
  • An assessment of your existing tools & processes
  • Recommendations on tool configuration, governance and methodology
  • A final report as a basis for decision-making and planning
Do we need to have SAP Cloud ALM already installed?

No. The assessment can take place before the technical setup and also serves as the basis for subsequent activation. If a tenant is available, we include it directly – e.g. for initial configuration or demonstration purposes.

Is the assessment also suitable for GROW or RISE customers?

Yes – especially so. The assessment is specifically designed to methodically support RISE or GROW customers in getting started, regardless of whether the SAP Cloud ALM environment has already been deployed or not.

What happens after the assessment?

Based on the results, you can proceed directly to the next phase – e.g. with:

  • EIntroduction & configuration of SAP Cloud ALM for the project
  • Coaching & enablement for project or operations teams
  • Integration with Jira, ServiceNow or other tools via alm360 Hub
  • Extension through test automation or operations management model

We are also happy to support you beyond this – with pragmatic methodology, concrete services and technical implementation
