Every two weeks, SAP introduces a fresh batch of enhancements to Cloud ALM, ensuring users benefit from the latest features, performance enhancements, and user interface refinements. In this edition, we&#8217;ll explore the most recent updates rolled out in week 38. The app is located within the Cross-Project Overview tile. Function allows to set the same status for multiple rows at the same time or set the scope state (<strong>In Scope<\/strong> or <strong>Out of Scope<\/strong>) for multiple items when in <strong>Edit Scope<\/strong> mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The checkbox at the very top of the list allows to select all solution processes in the list if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1901\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Pic-4-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37327\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Pic-4-1.jpg 1901w, https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Pic-4-1-1024x388.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Pic-4-1-768x291.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Pic-4-1-1536x582.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1901px) 100vw, 1901px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If changing any of filter settings in the filter bar at the top of the UI, current selection disappears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, it\u2019s possible to clear current selection by choosing the \u201cClear Selection\u201d icon to the right of the information banner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Keep in mind that for performance reasons, only the first 100 entries are currently mass edited regardless of how many rows are selected.<\/strong> This may be particularly relevant for users using the Edit Scope function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Test Management<\/strong> now supports addition to filter settings, possibility to <strong>save table settings as views<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This allows to apply the settings the next time working with test case list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1895\" height=\"962\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Pic-5-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37329\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Pic-5-1.jpg 1895w, https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Pic-5-1-1024x520.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Pic-5-1-768x390.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Pic-5-1-1536x780.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1895px) 100vw, 1895px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In <strong>Test Plans<\/strong> it\u2019s now possible to only delete test plans that are in status <strong>In Preparation<\/strong>. It helps to prevent accidental loss of test results. Save an event configuration as an event action variant. Then use the variant to replace the current event configuration of another business service with the variant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1913\" height=\"957\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Pic-7-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Pic-7-3.jpg 1913w, https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Pic-7-3-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Pic-7-3-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Pic-7-3-1536x768.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1913px) 100vw, 1913px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>These Event Action Variants can also be managed in the Intelligent Event Processing app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep in mind that when using variants, it\u2019s not anymore possible to edit the event configuration directly. Instead, the configuration is connected to the variant, which means that if the variant definition is changed, the event configurations connected to the variant will automatically use these changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Integration &amp; Exception Monitoring<\/strong> has a new monitoring category for <strong>SAP Project and Resource Management, resource management capability <\/strong>providing us with detailed status overview of the incoming and outgoing <strong>Transactional Messages.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Intelligent Event Processing<\/strong> has enhanced Event Payloads by providing Landscape information of the managed component in the payload. The landscape information includes details such as customer name, customer ID, tenant ID, data-center, role, and so on.
