This latest update highlights the impactful enhancements from the past two weeks. With a focus on usability and expanded capabilities, each change is designed to simplify daily tasks and boost overall efficiency.  If you missed the previous post in our update series, you can find it <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blue.works\/en\/sap-cloud-alm-whats-new-in-week-20\/\" title=\"\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Administration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>User Management has 2 new updates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Approval Requests<\/strong> card has been renamed to <strong>Role Assignment Requests<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1771\" height=\"696\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Pic-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40086\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Pic-1.jpg 1771w, https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Pic-1-1024x402.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Pic-1-768x302.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Pic-1-1536x604.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1771px) 100vw, 1771px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There is also a new card available called <strong>Role Assignment Configuration. <\/strong>New card allows user administrators to turn off the automatic assignment of roles in SAP Cloud ALM, providing flexibility to use custom roles instead of SAP-delivered standard roles. This is beneficial for organizations with internal role management systems, ensuring that user authorizations align with their specific requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Activate this feature to turn on the automatic assignment of roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deactivate this feature to turn off the automatic assignment of roles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep in mind that turning off the automatic assignment of roles, all current role assignment requests will be deleted. The defined sequence determines the order in which the test cases are displayed in the Test Execution app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To add a sequence to the unordered test case list, choose <strong>Add Sequence<\/strong>. Then enter numbers (without decimals) to represent each test case&#8217;s position in the sequence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"925\" height=\"486\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Pic-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40090\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Pic-3.jpg 925w, https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Pic-3-768x404.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 925px) 100vw, 925px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Test Execution<\/strong> displays now <strong>Sequence column<\/strong> showing predefined logical sequence added in Test Plans application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"975\" height=\"619\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Pic-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40092\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Pic-4.png 975w, https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Pic-4-768x488.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 975px) 100vw, 975px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Processes<\/strong> allows now users to view additional attributes in the solution process viewer for assigned library elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For <strong>Applications<\/strong> assigned to solution activities, users can now see the <strong>Application ID<\/strong> as well as the Type, Title, technical ID and icon if the assignment was created in the Process Authoring app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For any <strong>Interfaces<\/strong> assigned to solution processes and <strong>Configurations<\/strong> assigned to solution processes or activities, a new column shows you the Category of that library.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Clicking the title of the assigned library element allows users to navigate directly to its corresponding entity in the Libraries app. &nbsp;For application assignments that originate from standard content, it\u2019s not possible to navigate directly to the Libraries app as the corresponding application does not exist there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"682\" height=\"476\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blue.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Pic-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40094\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Documents <\/strong>has new interface library relation available. Users get a detailed status overview of the incoming and outgoing messages and it\u2019s possible to drill down to single messages to check individual issues and message details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Business Service Management allows now to configure reminders in the form of Event Actions x minutes, hours, or days before the <strong>Maintenance<\/strong> event starts.
