section:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Developer and Tester roles support multiple users&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change Manager and Deployment Manager roles are limited to one user each&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Role assignments are now governed by feature status:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assignments become restricted in later stages (for was blocked due to an issue.
